UK delivery
- Royal Mail, under 2kg: £3.95
- Royal Mail, 2kg and over: £5.95
- Courier, up to 2kg: £4.50
- Courier, 2kg and over: £5.50
- Northern Ireland, courier: £8.50
- Free UK delivery on orders over £100
All orders are dispatched the same or next working day, either by Royal Mail Small Parcel (signed for, 2 to 3 working days) or by courier (signed for, 3 to 4 working days). Orders completed and paid for by 2.30pm are dispatched the same day where possible. Orders placed at the weekend are dispatched the following Monday.
We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or the courier service.
Delivery outside the UK
We are delighted to post or courier orders to customers outside the UK. Please email info@annemariedesigns.uk for a shipping quote based on the actual weight of your order.
You are responsible for any customs charges or import duties payable when the parcel reaches its destination. Please contact your local customs office for current charges, as these vary from country to country.
Non-delivered goods
We cannot be held responsible for problems caused by inaccurate delivery information supplied to us. Any item returned to us because of an incorrect address will be re-sent at the buyer's expense, or refunded minus the postage cost.
If your order has not been delivered, we reserve the right to ask you to wait 10 working days before we re-dispatch the goods. We reserve the right to charge for re-delivery if the package was not collected, or if a re-delivery was not arranged by you on receipt of a card from our courier.
