Refund policy

Here at Anne-Marie Designs we are confident you will be happy with your purchase, but should you wish to return any item bought from us, we will gladly offer you an exchange or refund excluding any postage, providing you contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and it is returned to us in a fully re-saleable condition in its original packaging.

Please let us know in writing before sending anything back, giving your order number, a description of the item and your reason for the return. Email info@annemariedesigns.uk.

Customers are responsible for the cost of postage for returns, unless there has been an error on our part or the item is faulty.

We are not liable for any packages lost in the post, so we suggest you return your item using a trackable method such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.
